Item Description

The saw head pole mounts the included razor sharp 16" tri-cut pruning saw. The saw head is permanently mounted to the upper end, and the pole has a male ferrule at the lower end to connect to other poles. The LS Series fiberglass poles are light-duty with a hollow core. The three poles combine for a maximum of 18-foot reach. Poles snap together with no tools. For highest performance and safety, Jameson recommends always using a base pole.

Purchased this saw to work on defensible space on my home in the Sierra Nevada. I have spent two days pruning Jeffery Pine tree limbs up to about 15?. I have cut through limbs up to 4? inches with this saw. So far it is flawless!

This is a quality well made product. The blade is scary-sharp, I nicked my thumb getting it out of the package! The sections go together securely, and I had no problem getting them apart. One clever feature of the locking pins is that they swivel off to the side of the hole a little to hold them up until you get the 2 holes aligned- then it securely drops in place. This is also helpful for getting the sections apart. The end that holds the blade is well designed- it allows for changing the blade angle relative to the pole. This is helpful for cutting at different heights, or in one of my cuts I was up on a bank and the limb was hanging out in front of me. The blade holder also has a handy hook with a notch- this worked well for getting a limb that was stuck up in a tree but was not attached.

Returns

When sending in a return, please note that it can take up to 14 business days for the return to be processed. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible, we need your help to do so. We are extremely fair, and in the rare event of something out of the ordinary happening with our products or shipping, we will gladly work with you to find a fair resolution.
Disclaimer
Unfortunately, we do not normally honor product exchange requests. If you need to exchange an item received, you will need to go through the normal returns process identified in our returns section and then order the correct item, if it is still available.
