UPS Ground is used for all Business to Business shipping unless otherwise noted in the auction
UPS Ground/USPS SurePost is used for all residential addresses
All items will be shipped same day if paid before 3pm EST except for purchases made on the weekend or a Holiday
Tracking information will be posted on eBay once your item has been pulled from inventory, inspected, and carefully packaged

We offer local pickup free of charge on most items. Local pickup must be done by appointment only.

Return Policy
Resale Technologies accepts returns on all items that qualify for our 30 Day Warranty. We will pay return shipping to our facility for any item that is defective, damaged, or misrepresented in our eBay listing. Items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. This warranty does not apply if shipped outside the United States.
For all other returns, shipping will be paid by the customer and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
