    This eBay listing is for a vintage cast iron tape dispenser that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above.   The cutter is marked Riverside Foundry.   This little guy is heavy and tips my scales at just over 2 pounds!!!   The overall size is about 6" long.  There is no tape or holder included and comes just as you see pictured in the listing.
