Vintage Takahashi PHOENIX San Francisco Tape Dispenser.
Good condition, accept metal teeth don't work well at cutting certain kinds of tapes, such as the sturdy clear kind, but the white and hazy kind is better for it.
It is clean even though bottom may look as it does. No cracks or chips.
I have it for vintage sake.
